How much does it cost to attend?

The price for the Friday evening/Saturday conference is:

• $44.00
• Optional box lunch: $6.00

How can I register for the conference?

There are three options for purchasing tickets:

1. Internet

   Individuals (1-9): Register and purchase tickets Groups (10+): Register and purchase tickets

2. Mail Order

   Print out Individual Ticket Order Form (Word file, 77KB) or Group Ticket Order Form (Word file, 92KB) and mail with check made payable to:

   Group tickets will be mailed through standard USPS mail. Individual tickets will be available at Will Call the day of the event. Tickets are non-refundable, but fully transferable.

How do I register a group? Is there a group discount?

• All group orders must be purchased online or by completing and mailing in the Group Ticket Order Form (Word file, 92KB).
• *One FREE TICKET will be mailed with every 10 tickets purchased. Free ticket does not include lunch ticket (limit of 10 free tickets per order/church.)
• The Group contact person will receive wristbands and optional lunch tickets (if purchased) in the mail prior to the conference. Please carefully distribute these to each woman in your group as it will be her entrance to the conference.

What if I need to cancel my registration?

Tickets are non-refundable, but fully transferable.

When is the registration deadline?

Tickets will be available for purchase until the date of the conference or until the event sells out. *Any tickets ordered after April 15, 2010 will be held at "Will Call" at the conference. The deadline for purchasing an optional box is April 20, 2010.

I will require sign language interpretation; can you accommodate my request?

Sign language interpretation will be provided upon request. Please email your request to info@devotedheartsrochester.com.

What if I have other specific needs, i.e. wheelchair accessibility?

We will make every effort to accommodate your special needs. Please indicate these by emailing info@devotedheartsrochester.com.

I'd love to attend, but need financial assistance. Are there scholarships?

Limited financial assistance is available for the Devoted Hearts conference. Scholarship requests will be considered in the order they are received. The scholarship application deadline is March 31, 2010 or until funds are depleted. Download a scholarship application (Word file, 34KB).

What is included in the box lunch?

The box lunch will include:

• Oven roasted turkey sandwich on home made white buns, lettuce and tomato
• Orzo pasta and vegetable salad
• Whole fresh fruit
• Chocolate Chip Cookie
